We have opened registration for the 2007 Tucson Aerobatic Shootout. Registration will close on July 31st at midnight (MST).

Anna, we have done the online registration for the intent for Tucson, since I have done the intent registration online, do I also need to print out and mail one also ? Will the online registration be enough as to the intent ?

Each pilot wishing to be considered for entry in the 2007 Shootout will be required to fill out an Entry Application, Pilot Ranking Worksheet and the Intent to Register web form. The Entry Application, Entry Fee and Pilot Ranking Worksheet for the Shootout must be mailed to the Contest Director and received by Tuesday, August 7th.

Deadline for filling out the Intent to Register web form will be, Tuesday, July 31st, Midnight, Mountain Standard Time.

Soooooo, I filled out the Intent to Register web form online, so now i need to print the other forms out along with a printed intent form along with entry fee and have it to them by August 7th, the online registration is enough for now because it was done before July 31st, correct ?

Sorry, I missed your question, I have not been monitoring the forums this week.

Yes, you need to fill out the paper Entry Application and the Pilot Ranking Worksheet. These items along with the Entry Fee need to be mailed to Michael Marcellin and recieved by Michael, by Tuesday, August 7th.

With the web-based form you are entering your data into our contest management system and scoring program. Makes it so Dave, Michael and I can manage the contest online.

Your entry is not official until we get your paperwork in the mail. From the Pilot Ranking Worksheet, Michael Marcellin will calculate everyone's ranking points which Michael and Dave will use to set the field for this year's Shootout.

A reminder that there are only a few days left to sign-up for the Shootout. Online registration will close on Tuesday evening at Midnight, Arizona Time (MST).
