hey steve i am doing good, it is getting easier everyday. i went to the doctors today and they told me i have another 4-6 weeks in this VERY uncomfortable back brace... hope to be back flying when i get it off and am back to 100% thank you Matt

thanks tony yea i am hoping so, i have been in this thing for 6 weeks already, i want to get out of it ASAP! the hair is doiong good. needs to be trimed but yea not hurt...  thank you

it feels less comfortable then a trutle shell haha... it is a brace that goes all the way around my body that has three velcro straps in the front with two metal rods that attach from the bottom of the brace to a chest plate above, with straps over my shoulders and around under my arms to my back.... Like i said VERY uncomfortable... haha
