Hi Wayne, Which contest result was posted for NC on www.mini-iac.com? The contests included in the standing are listed in the top the spreadsheet. JR challege result has not been posted on www.mini-iac.com yet. I guess I have to get it from the Andy Kane's website. I will add it sometime tonight. |

The Don Carmicheal Memorial results are posted on the IMAC site. We have flown the IMAC at ICMAC contest but those reults are not posted yet. Unlim and Advanced results for that contest is what I posted here in my last reply. |

Hi Wanye, I am sorry that I keep beating a dead horse. I couldn't find the result mentioned at http://www.mini-iac.com/EditModule.a...er&ItemId=1576 Unless we are talking about different web-site? Last edited by Kevin Tran; 05-24-2006 at 12:33 AM. |

LOL. Go to www.mini-iac.com. From the homepage do this. Regions, NC, NC Regional standings. From there you can see each class with results. |

Kevin.. I looked at the sheet.. Is my score correct? Shouldnt I have 72 points? 68 + the 4 contests = 72?? Are you going to update this every week after results? I know a lot of people who hope you do. We can easily keep track in our region but the nationwide stuff is what we all want to know. |

| Your score was correct! Here is how you got 60 points: Don Carmichael : 2nd place out of 6 pilots : 14 + 4 (beat 4 pilots) = 18 JR challenge: 4th place out of 11 pilots : 12 + 8 (beat 8 pilots) = 20 ICMAC : 4th place out of 4 pilots : 12 + 0 = 12 Houston IMAC: 1st place out of 4 pilots : 15 + 3 (beat 3 pilots) = 18 Based on TAS point calculations : The best 3 out of all contests : 18 + 20 + 18 = 56 Each point for each contest : 4 Total TAS point is 60. Yes, you got 72 points if you add points of all contests but it's not how TAS organizer specified the rules. "For each contest, the pilot gets 15 points for 1st place, 14 points for 2nd place and so on, down to 1 point for 15th place. Additionally, the pilot gets 1 point for each pilot they beat. During the time period of January 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006 pilots may fly in as many contests as they like. Only contests in the class entered at the Shootout will count. Example: contests flown as Sportsman would not count toward entry in Intermediate. We will take their top 3 point rankings from among these contests. These 3 contest points will be added. To this we will add the total number of contests they flew. This is their total season point ranking." If the CDs can send me the contest result, I can update the spreadsheet very quickly and very accurately. :-) Last edited by Kevin Tran; 05-24-2006 at 12:16 AM. |
