If people only new the months of work it takes to pull off an event like ours. Of course none of it would be possable without the help from our sponsors. I already have verbal commitments from
DA, Aerotech, Aeroworks,Carden, WarRick hobbies, etc. More to follow. I'm very exicited about the contest, Looks like it will be better than ever and hopefully we'll have some nice S. Fla weather to boot. But even if the winds blow and the temps dip you know your going to have a great time.

Registration is now open for the Amps Aerobatics Challenge feb. 10th and 11th Miami Fl. You can register at http://amps-rc.com If you plan on attending please register as soon as possable registration will be limited to 50 pilots due to the short days of feb. Our contest for 2007 will be better than ever.

Hey Tony,
I just made reservations at the Grove inn B&B right down the road from the field.
It was only $85.00 per night as opposed to $125.00 and up at the hotels.
Do you know anything about this place. Looks like an ok place on there web site.

Mike,
Not ready for Advanced yet. I do expect 50 pilots though . Last year with the terrable forcast and cold weather we had 42. I hope everyone gets registered as soon as possable due to the 50 pilot cap i am imposing this year. We really can't handle more than fifty to be able to get 3 rounds of knowns and the unkown in plus a freestyle, non competitive for our spectators. We normaly have a huge spectator turnout and i don't think it will be any different this year. Try to make it down here for the contest if you can. I know its a long haul from Canada but you will feel right at home with all the other snow birds ........LOL

Tony I would love to come to your contest but I only get one trip to Florida a year and if the contest in April is a go I am going to that one. When I get 4 weeks of holidays in one year I may slide your contest on the calendar. I am sure it will be a great contest.
