Hey Mike its Keith. Not that this pertains to anything about this thread but... I bought the Great Planes Reflection foamy and motor/speed control etc from Tower this morning. I hope to tag along with Stephen sometime next week and have you guys maybe show me a couple points on setting it up. Later

Mike, Yeah,I got it repaired. I think the tuned exhaust was some of the stress on the firewall and I had been snapping the Yak pretty hard for several flights so I got lucky when I heard the unusual noise. It didn`t sound any different until I got into a torque roll and the throttle didn`t feel right.(throttle linkage moving with the motor) Sometimes we catch a break! See you soon.

More lessons....No Problem, and I can even explain what not to do. Like fill the inside of ones planes with gas. Not too bad. Have it cleaned up, foam belly refit already. Just need to sheet the foam, glue, sand and recover. Nothing else hurt. Other then my pride. Just wish I knew how the over flow line got pushed backup into the fuse between flights.
It will fly again soon.

Keith, my shop is your shop bro so bring that foamy over and we'll fix you up. Hey Bill, at least your engine didn't fall off in flight. Forrest was flying an old slab a couple months ago and the engine rails was so worn on the inside the entire engine came off in flight! Plane did a cool inverted flat spin to the soft grass and no damage.

Man I hope the weather is better this year! hehe
