Texarkana is a blast! I'm bringing the Gluedobber sound system with 1500 watts and packing the DR Extra, and the new Cub with the Kroma 100 if I have room. I'll have the cub torquing on the deck.....you better bring Greg for a Cub torque off.

Texarkana is a great place to hang out, and Gary Strickland and the group are A+++
Bring Josh and Gary for sure. This is one of the most fun places to fly in a three state area.

Hey I have me one of those cubs with a Kroma 100 also. A clipped wing world models. Good to see you guys coming. Keep it up. Has anyone heard from Mr. E. I would like him to video the flyin.

I'll have to take a shot at your clipped wing Gary. Mine is a full wing World Models Super Cub. I am just about finished with a pair of scratch built clipped wings that I will interchange with the full wings.

Sounds like the Texarkana Big Bird is shaping up for a really nice fly in this year. We found out last night at our monthly Club meeting that we will have a special attraction at our field this year. If all goes as planned, we'll have a full scale BELL 206B Jet Ranger helicopter on display at the south end of our parking lot during the day on Saturday. In addition, at the end of the day on Saturday, all REGISTERED PILOTS will have their name entered into a drawing. The winner will get to ride back to Texarkana Regional Airport in the Jet Ranger. Unfortunatley, you have to walk back to our flying field, but if you walk fast, you can be back by Sunday morning early...just kidding, we'll make arrangements for your return. IF YOU AIN'T FLYIN' YOU AIN'T IN THE RUNNIN'. Come on out, register to fly, you may be the lucky one to get the ride. Mark your calanders...first weekend in May...Hope to see you there !!!! PACO
