Triple Creek 3D Fly-In! TC3D! Tampa, June 21 & 22

Hello all. As the President of TCRC and co-organizer of the upcoming TC3D event, I just wanted to jump on here and welcome you all to our club/event.

As you have seen in previous posts, we do have a great facility and are very much looking forward to hosting this event.

Our Secretary/Treasurer/Webmaster John Winchester has been working diligently on our web site and Rennie will be announcing the official availability of the on-line registration for the Event and Camping VERY soon.

We are planning a very nice Saturday night dinner so we are asking folks to please pre-register so we have an accurate head count for planning purposes. As an incentive, we are even offering a $5.00 pre-registration discount. You will also have an option to pay immediately when registering via Paypal for you convenience, or you can pay when you arrive. If you do pre-pay and for some reason can not make the event, the registration fee will be refunded.

If you are interested in camping, we do have free camping available on Friday and Saturday nights. We are required by the County to have a form completed for every camper. These forms will be available on the web site and must be completed, signed, and faxed or mailed back to us prior to the event.

Hey All

TC3D is really starting to shape up, Jeff and myself with the help of flying buds, are getting this event off the ground. Sponsors are coming on board and more are on the way. Chris Hinson of Extreme Flight RC is coming down with a trailer full of his world famous remote control airplanes. As most of you all know, Chris is also very well versed in "down in the dirt extreme 3D HUCKIN!!" It is truly a site to watch him on the sticks!

Florida Freestyle Aerobatics Association FFAA & Team Extreme are real advocates these Fly-Ins and organizes these events so that everybody can have loads of fun, and at the same time everybody benefits!

1) Events Promotes the host club, Triple Creek RC and its county supported facility
2) Help expose our hobby to the general public with two days of Extreme Aerobatic RC Air Shows! And the spectators walks away saying WOW! almost every time.
3) Help raise money and awareness for charities- "the Boy Scouts of America".
4) Promote Sponsors' products to fellow modelers and the general public.
5) Local Club will be able to draw in more members with exposure from the event.
6) And most of all, everybody will have Fun, Fun, Fun!

Okay 3D ballers, I'm registered and polishing up on my 3D flying, I'll probably just bore some IMAC holes in the sky, but I'll be there unless something bad happens (gas goes to $10 a gallon). Someone emailed me and said they needed me there to oversee a certain someone to make sure he puts fuel in his tank BEFORE he flys.


If you guys need any help or ideas from FX3D just let me know I'll be glad to help. It will be a blast hanging out with the crew again.

If any of you would like to use the animated gif in your signature that I created you are welcome to... It is to big to upload to FG but you can insert the image and call it from our website.
So when you click insert image and it asks for the URL type in:

It will pull in the image from the TCRC website, you can see what it looks like below in mine.
