Need events to go to in WA, OR and ID!!!

Okay guys, here's the deal. A couple buddies and I are trying to go on tour this summer, camping and flying at different fields during fly-ins and having as much fun as we can. So far we have hit two events in eastern Washington and have had a total blast! We're hitting up the Bellair Big Birds event on June 7th and 8th, but have reached a dead end looking for other fun flys to go to. So I'm throwing a Hail Mary out there and am hoping to hear about some other events to hit up! The FG calendar isn't showing much in the region but I know there are some great fields out there. So don't be shy, let us know what you've got going on!

Hey man......You should definetly head over to Mollala OR for the pacific coast free style in the last weekend in July. It's an awesome event to go to. It's on July 24th - through the 27th. last year Max and the boys from FG made it up , and did a live coverage. There are some really good people at this event as well , and should be a blast again this year. I believe it's the biggest event out this way. But i'm like you , i would love to go out and check out some of the other events as well.

I won't be making Molalla this year. My 7/7 schedule doesn't line up with it, or a number of other IMAC events. I did have fun competing at Molalla last time I was in the area, but unfortunately it's not going to happen this year.

Hey man,

Here in Southern Idaho we are having two contests again this year. Both are well run events, great prizes, food...etc! Two weeks from today is the Twin Falls Tumble in Central Southern Idaho and August 23rd & 24th is the Nampa Escape...just outside of Boise. I beleive there are peeps coming from your area for both events.

I have to work during Nampa but have Twin Falls and the next Olympia off. Still undecided about Twin Falls, as much as I would like to go the fuel bill is going to be very high. I enjoy flying IMAC but it is sort of taking a back burner this year as I can't make enough events to go for the points championship and $30+ entry fees for four flights do not compare favorably with $10-15 entry fees for flying all weekend.

Ok, we need to clarify I think, we are NOT looking for IMAC meets, nor jet only (but Ill be at the jet meets cause I have them ).. Were looking for big birds and fun fly's, maybe warbird events? No competitions. Just fun events.
