HEATWAVE IN THE HEARTLAND July 25-27

Get ready for another off-the hook event in Tulsa July 25th-27th. Last year we had 80 registered and over 3,500 spectators. We've been known to have 105, so get here early! Jason Noll will be here to show us some serious skills, and we have other world-class demos lined up fresh from the XFC. As always, the sound system will be rocking out the tunes for all who dare show their stuff at the venue we have all come to know as "The Heatwave"

I may have to consider this one, I have heard it's one of the best events, I have seen Tim at the Huckfest and he puts on a show by himself add to that a bunch of great pilots and you have a winner. I hope someday I will be able to make this one.

I really want to go.....but no real way of getting there. No camper on the truck and also the dreaded gas prices. I guess I should just move to Oklahoma, seems to in the center of most the r/c activity in the country. You going Bret?

I have been looking forward to this fly-in all year! It will be great to see everyone again and hopefully some new faces at the Heatwave. A guaranteed great time!

Landing fee covers a lunch on Saturday, and all the fun you can stand.

With these gas prices may be tough - but luckily I'm only 7 miles from the field.

This is a great event and has been getting better each year. - all day hucking - cant beat that.

Somebody dig a hole and fill it with water so Snap will show up. LOL.Hope I can make it this year. It'll depend on my work schedule mainly. That's about the time I get slammed. Maybe I'll see y'all there, and hope the gas isn't $4.50 or more a gallon by then. My b'day is the 27th and that would be a great present to myself. I grew up in Altus,OK so it'd also be cool to be back close to where I grew up, and I love roadtrips!
