Hi folks its that time of the year agian, here at the hardin county club is getting ready for the 6+ annual winter fun fly, plans are to do some combat,, but anything goes, if it can handle a grass field itll work great here, we have plenty of air space and sound is not a big issue. there will also be food free of charge! we also plan to toss pumpkins with a giant trebuchet, so it should be fun!! i will post more info as it comes, heres the flyer as of now! hope to see you there

thanks guys,, th field is great,, once it gets to about 11 am or so the sun at the back for the rest of the day woohoo,, the grass runway is 800 by 100 ft or so, but kinda hilly,, great field for just about anything,, its on a landfill so its a ways from houses,,, come on down wizard!! have you ever been to this area,, ill try to get a map up soon

Yea Mike, I have been to E-town a few times. There was one summer a few years back when I was dating a lady from E-town. If things would have worked out, I would probably be living there now. I even worked in a cabinet factory in the area for about a month.

Sometimes, when I look back at some of the things I have done, it's strange. Almost like a different life.

I usually go to RCRC's numb thumb on the east side of Louisville on January 1 but if that does not work out I will come your way.

cool,,, tonight ill get a map made,, general directions the field is off of springfiled road ,, ill get something made tonight,, as far as rcrc's event i havent been,,i wehn to a warbird meet there, very nice place, but the airspace seemed to small for my liking, and the walking trail on either end of the run way was interesting haha,, the place is easy to find,,, and the more the better,, tell everyone!!! thursday night is the evnt meeting will know more
