pitviper51 - I'm not sure about the search capabilities of GE off-line. I have what I call the master as this zipped up excel file. You upload it directly into programs like MSN's Streets and Trips. I also have 5 files that I have it seperated into for use in Magellan GPS's. Then, there is always the GE file. It's actually been popular enough that GE has inserted it into the GE download layers in the Favorites folder, so now anybody who downloads GE automatically get's the points. It's just a matter of whether they turn them on and then happen to run onto one of the little yellow icons they've used.

i am trying to research how to build a runway for remote airplanes. Someone mentioned to me that it should follow a Level 1 criteria. Any idea what that means?

fuzzula - I'm sorry but I can't help you on this one. I'm not sure what they are referring to when they are talking about a Level 1 criteria. You might contact AMA and ask if this is something they know about.

Good luck in building you runway, and when you do, let me know where it's at and I'll plug it in with the rest of the fields I've got located if you want.

Well folks for what ever reason I presently can't create and upload a zipped file that will work. I guess once Max gets back from the 'Nall' (Lucky Stiffs !!) I'll see if we can figure it out. Sorry, GPutt33

Well guys I'm not sure what's going on. I have tried several different things to get the Zip file to download without the error but it's not working. I've PM'd SleepyC about the problem but haven't heard back from him yet.

I know the file works because you download the same file on my little MSN RC Plane Site. If you want to get the file before the guys fix the glitch here you can go to:
http://groups.msn.com/PuttsRCHomePage

Go to documents and look for the folder containing the coordinates file.

Sorry for the inconvience

Hi Ya Snow Dog - we aren't sure what's wrong with the program right now. If you follow the link in my post 2 above you download the ZIP file from my little MSN site. SleepyC has been working to figure this problem out. When I first had it loaded on FG as a ZIP file it worked fine for downloading, but all of a sudden it's doing something really wierd after I upload it. I know it's now the file because it's the sameone I'm uploading to my MSN site. Keeping my fingers crossed. If you just want me to send it via regular email drop me a note at GPutt33@msn.com and put something in the subject line that will let me know your wanting the RC Field File.
