How do you video your sim flyng?

How do you video your sim flying? I have Real Flight G2, and I want to tape my flying.

A lot of people use fraps, some shoot it with a video camera. Fraps takes a bit of CPU horsepower while your sim is running and video cameras will produce a black scrolling line in most cases.

i use fraps and have a couple sim vids in the video gallery. check it out.
