I think the announcer did see it. He paused and then repeated himself after the "none accident." That prop must have been just a few inches off the ground he he.

Sometimes it just curls the blades. I saw a C90 comeback after a student and IP went all the way to the runway without the bouncy things, they went around but notbefore it touched the props and curled the tips. They didnt even know it until they shutdown and saw it.
