Ok guys, So I brought you coverage of the 400 IMAC contest last year. Well its time to do it again. Only this year it will be a bit different. I have come back to the wonderful country of Canada to show you some of the great sites besides models airplanes. I have begun this trip with my older brother from Orlando Florida. Tonight we are in Brampton Ontario, tomorrow we head to stony creek for a fun fly, then on to the sites of Toronto like the great CN tower and then on to Niagara Falls. Ending out this week we will bring you the beginning of the 2007 Canadian IMAC Nationals held at the 400 club near Barrie Ontario where you can see some of the greatest pilots in North America like Ivan Kristensen, Frank Noll, and Kurt Koelling. Stay tuned for more pictures. Dave Carr and Friends

Hey guys, Thank you for the comments. I was lucky enough to be loaned a 37.5% TOC Aviation yak54 with a DA-150 motor on it. This plane flew good and was pretty easy to fly it. Ok so gonna write this a bit like I did last year, in a journal type of entry for you all. Saturday, Mess with my brother a bit, get him up at the but crack of dawn to go the the airport. Catch our flight to Toronto and are picked up by our great buddy Dave Carr which by the way had never meet my brother, and accepts him with open arms! We go to our favorite pub called magnums and knocked down a few beers. Sunday, Ok we get up and made a 1 hour drive to stony creek airpark for a fun fly. Got a few crazy looks when we all showed up and walked right out to the flight line and were instantly handed a transmitter and told to go fly. We spent the whole day flying at this get together and it was fun. At 1:00 i put on a demo with the TOC yak borrowed from a friend at the contest. Throughout the day we had alot of fun, I did a couple flight demos and so did my brother. At one point me and Mike Milos had a demo flyoff. I think he really won but a few said I won. So for now its a tie. Mike I will be back next year to settle this with you. At 1:00 I did my demo and with the help of a fellow modeler named ROY I was able to fly to music. A special thanks to Ralph B. and everybody else that helped make this possible. During my demo it starts to rain, I was able to finish it and land safely before the skies really open up. The day at the field is ended with rain. We decide to head home and get some food, ok I mean Beer. What can I say, were are in another country, we have to try as much beer as possible. Then we decide to go back home and order some pizza and watch a movie. The movie we watch is called NET GAMES. Those of you who are into mystery and crimes you should definately watch it. It will make you think twice about your actions on the internet. Rent it and enjoy it. After that we all promptly passed out about 12:00pm Monday, Todays plans are to go to the CN Tower. The Canadian National Tower, let me tell you this tower is a piece of work. If you are ever in Toronto or close to it, you need to go see this tower. Man what a site, approximately 1600 feet to the first observation deck which houses a glass floor to look down, an outside screened in observation deck, and a rather pricey restaurant. It also houses from what I was told a dicso dance hall. From this point you can see all of Toronto that you want, but wait its not over, there is definately more to my surprise. We go stand in line for about another 1 hour to go to the sky deck, this is definately worth the wait. Another 33 stories higher then the 1600 foot mark, you can now definately get a better view of Toronto. Be carefull as this level has a substantially less amount of room to move about. You can see a local airport where you can observe planes landing and taking off. YOu can see most of Lake Ontario from this tower, its a once in a life time opportunity. There is even a port hole window that you can look out of which frames a set of what we know as skyscraper buildings. This tower is just an experience that you have to do. We then decide its time to go home, on the way home we find ourselves driving down one of the local train tracks, Dave can't seem to learn how to drive on the streets. This was exciting as a few trains head our way, turns out we were actually on a street, o well, we make it back to our favorite pub magnums for a few beers. Me and my brother play a few games of pool, then I go try my hand a some texas holdem. Not bad, I last for 2 hours in the tournament and my brother and Dave have fun talking to the waitresses. About 10:30 we decide its time to come home. Tomorrow we ar scheduled to go see a mall and then go to a bbq and swim. Should be lots of fun. Will update with more information and am going to post pictures in a bit, maybe even in the morning. Michael
