Wesse... I was just playing around a bit.... I am very proud of any man that can beat alcholism... That is a sign of a real Hard Man!!!.... and on the fact that you can't learn..... I think that anyone can learn no matter how old.... just look at Al(dig) lol.... I think you have learned what many people still haven't learned which is to respect those things that can hurt our families and ourselves!!! Thank you Wesse for being a REAL SWEDISH HERO!!!!

I will visit the Hard Man himself this weekend so i can run a few x-tra lessons with him i n the sim so he will be ready when he arrives to Nall! ![]() I´m not sure what stickmode you use in the US but if Wesse should be comfortable flying with you i suggest that the throttle and rudder shold be to the left and elevator/ aileron on the right stick. If the controls are mixed up compared to what the pilot is used to it might be a little to exiting to watch? ![]() /M | ||||||||||||||||||

Oestling, I believe that is Mode 2. Anyway, although I've heard of transmitters being reversed from that I've never seen one. All of the transmitters I've seen have the throttle and rudder on the left toggle.

I would guess that 90% of US pilots fly with the throttle/rudder on the left stick and elevator/ailerons on the right stick. This is my set up also so there should not be any problems at all. This was one of the first things I noticed with Wesse's video's; he fly's "normally" with regards to stick inputs! This is called "Mode II" Bill Hempel |

Well Wesse, you certainly couldn't be in better hands. Ask Bill to post his "one-wing landing" for you to watch!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Ok! Now i´m calm again! ![]() I just remember Chip Hyde borrowing a plane for a lunch break display at the 1999 F3D World Championships here in Sweden. I was holding the flag as starter/judge at that time. If i´m not totally mistaken he was using some other stickmode but you could not tell based on the show he put on! ![]() Though he won that shiny god medal, i beat him good at a private contest at the banquet! He may be fast in the course but not at beerdrinking! I remember the whole US team as very nice people and i hope to shake hands again in the future! BTW! I still use the same flag that Richard Verano signed after his world record when i judge national contests in racing! |
