MY PACKAGE FROM AL HAS ARRIVED!!!

I didn't even put them in the fridge, I had to try this stuff right away. The peppers are awesome, just the right amount of heat and good flavor. The hot sauce is very thick with an awesome flavor, also.

Well thank goodness for that!!! I was about to call them and raise holy heck. Glad you like them buddy!!! I think the flavor is great! Try using that sauce in some of your dishes. It's pretty awesome too!!

I was thinking as I tasted that sauce, it would be awesome to take a dry white wine, mix in the "sauce" at a 50-50 ratio, add pre-browned chicken leg quarters and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Pull the leg quarters out, reduce the liquid down about 50% and pour over the top of the chicken...top with some chopped Cilantro and serve
