NO NO NO ! You never "flip steaks twice" !! You adjust ONCE on each side to get the diamond grill pattern ! I agree with the cider though. I don't use it I use vinegar if lemon juice is not in the house. Butter, lemon juice and Worchestershire with a sprinkle of parsley and black pepper for marinade.

Steak sauce is for kids or an overcooked steak ! Leftover steak maybe.

Check out my website Zoomer. I marinade some of mine in Scotch. Makes them nice and tender. Normally I just use salt and pepper on a well aged steak though.
