Thanks for the help guys. Al I did have the needles wrong. I had the hi & low speed confused. I did get it started and it ran great. I turned it off and tried to restart, now it won't pop. I ran out of steam. What plug do you guys use. Also, what procedure do you use to start it. Thanks really appreciate the help..

The plug is a NGK CM-6 gapped at .018-.020". I just choke mine and flip it until it pops or tries to start, then I take the choke off and it usually starts first or second flip. If your low end needle is still off it will make it hard to start. BTW when they say the EI will run on 6 volt they mean 6.0 volt and nothing higher as in 6.1. Make sure the grounding spring is in the plug cap also. That cap pushes on REALLY hard and seats all the way down around the hex. Once you get it running set the high needle to the highest rpm attainable and then back it off about 1/8 turn to the rich side. Then adjust your low end for a good transition and you shouldn't have any further problems. Should pretty much sound like this. http://media.putfile.com/DL-50-Tunin...-Vess-23A-Prop
