Hey Al I had that same problem with my 3w 106. I ended up slowly leaning the bottom end to fix the problem.

Yeah, I tuned it a couple weeks ago on a beautiful day but then yesterday was about 30° with 90% humidity so I lost the low end. I'm gonna have to start tuning on really crappy days!!! LOL
