I am way, way, behind on this thread but I am keeping the recipes and plan to try them all.

But Boulder, NO SALT ? At all ? Looks very interesting though I will try as written as I always do before adjusting to my own tastes.

Most people I know around here in Kentucky don't know what Cumin is. Also that Chili is a "meat dish" that can be eaten on a plate with a fork if one so desires.

I have come to like the Chili with a lot more liquid in my older age though. One of those cans of tomatos would have been Tomato Sauce !

Promise you when I can get some deer I'll make it. Looks GOOD !

I believe you'll see that there's 2 TBLS of salt in that recipe
