Kiwi, no doubt...my wife is Filipino and my in laws eat the Balut all the time...personally i ate half of one, simply couldn't finish it....hurt like heck...getting it down.....and i tell you this, its a normal food daily at my in laws...its like eating boiled eggs...truly a hardman food item...no doubt...
