Hey bill here is a little tip that helps. no kidding Take a lime or a couple lemons with you. the acid in them brings the heat down. I have several friends that moved here from mex and they told me that if you are making hot sauce and it turns out too hot put some lemon in it or sweeze a lime in it and it will take some of the heat out. well it works because anything they cook I cover in the stuff now. I dont know about it just after a japaleno. but it really does work with hot sauce. hey its worth the try if you are going to do it. |

Great!! So Bill finally posts a video and now I have to wait to get home to see it because government computers can't access YouTube. aaarrrggghhhh!!!!  Not quite sure what that third Japaleno is doing.
