It's hard not to get caught up in the catch phrases. The whole "Yeeeeeeeeeah" thing is addictive. I can't pass a jalapeno without saying it like Wesse...." A Jap-A-Leno, Yeeeeeeeeah" and the g/f is tired of " Now, I am happy, hard man". lol That ones kinda disturbing, even to me.

Hmm.. I might be considerd a hard wuzz, but would a pint of cream before, and after, eating a japaleno help prevent an ulcer? *lol*
I have to wait until the weekend though, don't have a camera, but my brother do, so I guess we both have to eat japalenos and drink chillisause. (The pain, oh the pain...) So the shoppinglist looks like this : japaleno, chillisause, white bread, milk and finally whipcream.

Oh my god 900 plus -posts in this thread and there's no sigh of it dropping off the radar.

As for the Hard Man Attitude my wife is now stopping AJ from loading the hamburgers with Tabasco and asking for the pickled Japaleno in his school lunch sandwiches. He's funny little bugger and I encourage him to enjoy doing stuff out of the norm.

He now wants me to do a video of him flying so he can show Wesse what he can do. Not sure I want to pass the 35% to him for this!!!!!

As for the addictive nature of the thread its really interesting. I have eaten hot tucker for years but recently the need or habit of eating it died off. Habit I suppose. But with Wesse's videos the first place I go and look now is the hot sauce section and fresh Chillies. Weird!!!!!!

But to the serious side of things those Habaneros are not at all to be played with guys. You can join the club chomping any hot pepper you like but please dont feel obligated to go for something that can honest to god kill you.

There are no rules in this thread but please dont let common sense fly out the window as I dont want to see a video of your funeral. Unless you have a big WESSE POWER logo on the coffin. Then your in the club for life.!!!!

I agree 110%!!!

However, if anyone wants to try a habanero, once you've mastered the Japaleno, get some habanero sauce and put a tiny drop on your tongue. It's really a good way to break into it. After you're used to one drop, start using it on food. Once you've developed a tolerance for the heat,(it came easy for me, others could never do it) then take a bite of the habanero on video. Flying Giants is not responsible, and neither am I, but I feel confident that one could probably do it.

I ate it, and swallowed deep, but I didn't cry. The video wasn't about me eating a habanero pepper, it was my saying thanks to you, boulder, wesse, etc. for all the fun day in and day out. Especially today as it got kindda depressing at the end.

IMO, Hard Man status comes only after a Japaleno, not a Habanero. I hit the sauce every day.(habanero sauce that is) It's stupid, but it's an interesting past time.
