It was a blast, best fly in I have been to. To watch Joe and Kyle fly was awesome, and the things Kyle was doing was unbelievable! The crazy part was he wasnt even flying his own planes, and everything he flew looked like the greatest flying plane ever made!

now thats giant style right there....wheater is a Mustang or a Sukhoi, if your huckin it down low and havin a good time thats all that matters! great video man..looked like a great relaxing event!

I definitely had more fun there than I have had for a very long time. My drive time was 12 hours plus each way, but darn sure well worth it.  It's in my plans for next year. Truth be known I believe I'd rather attend this one than Joe Nall, and Nall is 7 hours closer.

This was defintely a good fly-in. I was only able to make it from about 1-on saturday, but it was awesome for everything that I was there for. The whole "one pilot at a time" thing that seemed to have happened by group concensus without anyone actually saying anything was a little odd, but it was still a kickass event. Next time I bring a damn airplane to fly! |

Well, we flew quite a bit with other folks, but I think the wind kept some people on the ground. However when Kyle or Joe flew, I think everyone else just wanted to not fly and just watch.

Yeah, I guess I was a little over sensitive. Between the wind and the hugh flight line, the large number of pilots seemed to get soaked up by the room till it seemed much less busy than it actually was. The perfect weather and smaller fields at the Hot Springs EAC and Memphis Pro-Bro may have also jaded me a little  I cant wait for the next Houston DOD event though!
