I test flew my Yak tonight and I must say I'm impressed. It's the only foamy I've flown that will continue to fly after you cut the motor off. I think I'm going to have to order a spare!

Light plane+no motor=good glide rate. I've been having a ball flying my Yak 54 Jr. Hovers around nicely, and easily executes rolling harriers.

Ouch man. You should have squeezed her in there with your luggage and such. You're seriously missing out. Oh and Gordo, it's Yak ![]() On the other hand, my Yak Jr. is going strong, and it hates the wind BTW ![]() I found that out when I was pushing full throttle, and the plane just barely sat there in a harrier in front of me xD

I couldnt squeeze that beast in, even though i wanted to. We only had 2 luggage one was for clothing, and the other was for paintball gear. my brother was able to bring his beam e4, even though he has only flew it twice in the past week, funny thing is when we went thru security they wanted the open my bros heli up and see if their was a gun in it(i took it seriously), then they said they were kidding

Oh that's hilarious I bet you wanted to when he asked. The box that the plane came in. You could fit all your grear in there. Just put it ontop of the car, and rope it in place ![]() I did that one time when I wanted to bring a plane on vacation. Small electric parkflyer, that I hadn't started assembly on. Threw my glue, servos, receiver, tape, motor speed controll, battery, charger, screwdrivers, and radio all in one box. The car had luggage racks ontop, so I wedged it inbetween those, and tied it on with a bit of rope.

lucky you were in a car, i was stuck on a plane for 5 hours listening to french people talk its was so annoying, the worst parts no wifi, the head phones supplied was weak so i couldnt block out the noise(for got mines in the luggage). LOL after a few days in quebec i saw there's these stores simular to 7 11 i think they have those in the usa, called macks in other provinces but in quesbec there called couche-tard other than that, i'm thinking of putting some cf spars on the hoirzontal to veritcal stabs. Any other tips for when i maiden my YAHK. btw which one should i get the futaba 3114 $13 or the hs-55 $10. |
