My plane didn't come with an instruction manual so I went to Horizon Hobby's Website and found the manual on there.

First on the list to do is glue the wing struts to the top wing. The top wing is pre-slotted for the struts. Make sure you use a square to keep the struts perpindicular to the wing.

Next you glue the struts to the bottom wing in the same fashion.
For my foamys I like to use E-Flite's Foam Safe CA and Foam Safe Accelerator.

Next you slide the fuselage in between the bottom and the top wing and slide the cabane strut into the pre slotted holes in the top of the wing. Glue the top wing to the cabane strut using foam safe CA and Foam Safe Accelerator. Next flip the plane so it rests on the bottom wing and use a square to align the fuse to the bottom wing. Make sure you put the square on the trailing edge of the vertical tail so that the square is more accurate.

Now you glue the fuse to the bottom wing using a hot glue gun.

Now we start to put the carbon fiber in the wings to help strengthen the plane.

There are 2 sizes of carbon rods, make sure you use the 11 3/4 inch from the top wing near the cabane strut to the strut on the bottom wing.

Start by gently poking a hole in the four plastic ring washers at the proper angle. After this is done glue the rods in place.

Next you need to cut the 24 inche supplied string into two equal 12 inche pieces. After this is done you wrap the string around the carbon rods where they cross. Make sure you wrap the rods both vertically and horizontally.

Sorry about the pic - it didn't come out too well . . .

Next you need to take the tape off of the un-hinged side of the elevator/stab. Now slide the stab through and glue the elevator to the elevator joiner. I use low tack painter's tape to center both elevators and then glue the elevator to the joiner. Now hinge the elevator using the supplied hinge tape on the top AND bottom. Make sure you deflect the surface all the way to allow for free movent in both directions.

Next, check the stab to make sure it is parallel to the wings. I look directly from the back of the tail to find this. If they aren't parallel just sand on side of the fuse that needs to be lowered.

Next you glue in the stab making sure it is centered. I use a T-pin and some string to do this. Put the T-pin through the string and push the T-pin through the center of the aft part of the fuse. Next take the string and pull it to the tip of the stab, and then swing to the other side. Keep adjusting the stab until the string is equal on both sides.

Next just glue in the tail skid. You have to punch 2 holes in the tail of the fuse for the tail skid. Make sure that it is straight, otherwise your plane won't stay straight on the ground - if you fly off of the ground.

Next you need to place the wire landing gear in the pre-cut slot. If the gear fits loosley you can glue in the optional plywood piece to make the gear permanent.

Now you need to install the wheel pants - if you choose too . . . This is the only thing that I do not like about this build. The airplane comes with these wheel collars that have to be put on the axle after the wheel pant is on. You cant place it on before due to the fact that the wheel has to be placed on the axle at the same time as the wheel pant . . . Now the wheel pants are mounted in place by a little plastic piece that uses two screws that screw into the wheel pants around the wire gear. (See Pic)
