104-121°C is it, sorry Aus runs on Centigrade. So that would be at plugs or exhaust ports, hottest parts...

When I check it its at the top 1-2 fins of the cylinder head. Granted, the temp gun isnt 100% accurate, but I know when my temp gun reads those temps, I am in the ball park.
