3w24i to a 3w28i, Possible?

I currently have a 3w24i mounted on my GP Patty Wagstaff and it's just not going to cut it for 3d manuvers and I love the 3w engine but I'm on a limited budget of 100-200$ so I was curious If I can just buy from 3w a new 28i engine head and piston since they use the same engine block? Also will this brake my budget?

sell the patty and put it on a showtime or funtana! will work out great the minimum the patty will 3d on is something like a 40-50cc

Well those planes are good but I want something I can do a good level IMAC flight with and I know I can do it with one of those but I want something as steady as I possibly can get.
