| Arf or not to Arf ![]() | i know how to balance a 2 blade prop and hub. but how do you balance a 3 blade propperly .?

| Burp........whut? ![]() | balance the same as a 2 blade..... just find which blade/hub area is the heavy one and adjust appropriately

Yes and no, balance the blades the same you would on a 2 blade with the prop vertical on the balancer. There really is no way to balance the hub and it isn't needed anyways. Once the prop will stay put on the balancer in all 3 of these positions you are done. Shawn | ||||||||||||||||||

Think of the prop as a disk. A properly balanced disk has to be able to stay in the same position without rotating right? Same with the prop... Makes sense? Doesn't matter how many blades there are, you're just trying to center the center of mass, if you will.
