I thought MVVS had a tuned pipe for that motor as well as a cannister? If they do not I would think a KS 1060 would be enough.

I honestly think you'll be hard pressed to find a better exhaust system than the one they provide....You may find one that's a bit stronger on the top but I'll bet it wouldn't be as good all the way through the entire powerband...I think their canister/pipe setup gives the engine about 500 RPM over a standard muffler..

Just my thoughts on what I've seen.

I also think that a 26'' prop would be way to big, it is after all only 8 cc's above a 50cc engine. I would not go above a 25X8 and would probably only use a 24'' prop if I had that engine but whatever.......

Is the Evolution weaker than the MVVS version? I thought the MVVS 58 would pull a mejzlik 26x10 at 6K? I would think with the mvvs full pipe it would rip a 26x10.

I would reccomend going with a KS 1060 as flyingrazrback suggested, that is probably one of the best tuned pipes available.

EVO 58 BME 26X10 gives 6,000- 6,200 here at 5,500 feet with the EVO canister
That 58 is a beast.

Well I have the MVVS 116 and I sent K&S an email late last year asking them what tuned pipes I should run and they mentioned that they had a 116 and that it ran great on the 1060's but even better on the 1080's so I think you could go with 1060 and and a great set up.

what do you fly - so we know what to recommend
- i use the 58 with factory can on a 30% sd - yak and with a 24x10 bolly, get 6600 rpm - its a very powerful combo and power control a must - you cannot compare it to any 50cc

A MTW tuned pipe and muffler are being developped according to Pe Reivers
http://www.mvvs.nl/MTW/Mufflers.htm

Pe, is the dutch distributer.
http://www.mvvs.nl/

The KS1080 would be the optimal KS-pipe
