Giants members, Being as we are always getting questions about what kind of power you can expect out of motor/cannister/muffler/prop combinations, how about we post all the numbers in one thread? please post actual numbers. Include as much info as you can. Probably don't have to remind anyone,but no product war here guys. It's a Flying Giants service. Let's see some numbers!! |

3w 106CS looks nice with new orange heads, 3w cans (ones with the bigger outlet than MTW), mejzlik 28x10 = 6800, mejzlik 29x10 = 6000 running on 3w oil 50:1 and BP 98 octane.. Got a new 3w157xi CS specs comming soon.. |

DA 100 on standard pipes with Menz 28-10 = 6100rpm. 95 octane, 50:1 castrol TTS. 35 degrees celsius, as good as at sea level. Question..... does a Mejlik spin faster or slower than a Menz on the same motor?? Anyone done back to back between the two prop brands??? |

DA150, Mejzlik 30X12, DA Mufflers, Shell 98 Octane, Motul 800 at 50-1 6200rpm. Havnt played with the needles yet.

DA 100, on cannisters, will swing a 28x10 mejzlik at 6670 rpm (cold engine)

havn't tried a menz 28x10 yet, but i'll let you know when i do.
