Default 3W-150 needle help

I just bought a used 3W-150 and was wondering is the high end needle the one on the bottom of the carb ,or the top? There is no marking in the tillotson carb to specify. I would assume its the needle nearest to the actual motor...

The low end is always closest to the engine.
