Question Prop for homelite 23

What size prop should I use for a homelite 23? And should it be wood? I'm putting the motor in a Fly Baby. This is my first gas plane. Thanks

I would think a 16 x 8 would work good.
Avoid Zingers, try a Menz or a VESS.

An APC or Xoar 16x8 will give very good all around performance, while a 17x6 will give better verticals.
