Default Loud Pipes...

Ok, I'm looking for the loudest set up for my ZDZ Super 160... I've got a set of BMB cans and a 3bladed prop and decided this is too quiet for my taste. What would be the LOUDEST prop to run on this engine? I've got a 32x10 XOAR that I'm going to try, let me know what else is noisy out there... I'm sure you guys won't disappoint!

-Matt

You have the perfect setup for an IMAC plane and the BMB canisters are tuned for big load and low noise. If you're goal is making noise then:

1) Replace 3 blades prop by 2 blades to let the engine turns the prop over 6000 RPM like Menz 30x12 0r 32x10 or other small wooden props.

2) Replace the cans by Bolt on Pitt mufflers.

When I first saw the title for this thread, I was reminded of the stickers on my old motorcycle helmet.

Right between the sticker that said "This helmet is not being worn by choice!", and "DILLIGAF" was the sticker "LOAD PIPES SAVE LIVES"

Thanks for the memories.

BTW DILLIGAF, for those that haven't seen it stands for "Do I Look Like I give a F***?"
