Default Best prop for a Evolution 58?

I am making plans on using a Evolution 58 with a K&S pipe in a Extreme Flight RC Yak 88in.

I would like to use this aircraft for IMAC, so I would like a good vertical pull.

Can anyone recommend a prp for this engine? I am thinking about using a PT or Mejzilks 24x10.

I am also trying to find a good pipe length to start with?

Regards

Try a 23C Vess, we have had a couple of 58's around that were pretty ballistic with the vess.

Wow A 58 on a pipe.. That EF should be balistic.. I'm running a 23x10 on big volume
pitts and it pulls a 20lb plane unlimited vertical..

You wont have any problem making that plane a missile with a junk prop, pitts muffler and year old gas. 24x10 prop.

Go with the biggest prop (24x10 or 26x8) for better downline braking in Imac. that engine has more pull than a 3w 75.

What do you guys think of 3D Performace on that Engine With canister and mhm 24x10 or 8?
I'm planning to build the same plane, and i'm quite confused, can't decide- DA with Canister or Evolution.
Plus, does smoke systems work with tuned pipes without any influance to power?
I'm flying at 6m altitude, so i dont think that i need tuned pipe on that one

Evolution 58 24x10 prop, DA 50 could not handle that, there is your answer. DA 50 is close to Evolution 45.

On a 88. I recommend a DA-50 on a pipe or a 58 on a big volume pits..

Evolution 58 and pitts muffler with a PT 24x10 prop. No better combo.

Thanks! But i need that thing to run quite, so canister is an option. What about going smoke trough a canister on that engine, will it produce enough heat for good smoke? What system woiuld you recommend?

I'm runing it with a Bisson Mufflers Pitts and a 24x10 wood prop and the power is amazing.
I'm using an Extra 330 27% in 15 or 16 pounds.
