I have never replaced a high end check valve...looks like that tool might be useful, but removed and replaced welch plugs with equip in the garage. how much? one common denominator every time a rebuilt a Walbro carb for an RC plane is that I really didn't need to....just replace the rubber and occasionally the metering lever.
