Default AeroTech R/C still in business?

Does anyone know if AeroTech R/C (John Sharpless) is still in business?
I cannot get any responses from them.
The mailbox is always full, so you cannot leave messages.
This has been going on for months now.
I see it says their web site is updated every day, but I simply cannot believe this.
I am very frustrated with them so far.
