Default RC Showcase and SV engines

Does anyone have any experience with the SV line of motors that RC showcase is now carrying ?
I cant dig up anything positive regarding previous branded SV motors, But with RC showcase jumping in, is it possible these will make a name for themselves?

I Primarily fly 80cc and up and am always game to try new things, like that new fangled DA that hit the streets in the nineties, or more recently the little DL that couldn't, but really could

I just got the new sv90 cc for a project I am working on. The engine runs good on the ground, and has lots of power. I will see how its in the air in a few weeks.

That 90 looks really interesting if not a bit heavy, but I wonder if the listed weight is correct because its listed as identical to the 100 twin.

6.4lb bare, 7.2lb w/ign and muffler

Has to be an error.

I have an SV50 that I have installed in an AW 35cc Extra. I test ran it a several times long enough to check my installation and engine set-up, but need to wait for warmer weather to fly it. I think this will be a strong combination. I agree; RCS is good folks to deal with.

I had one in a byp, first thing I did was set timing,(important) fired it up and went flying. This motor ran great for me ,but you must keep an eye on the muffler at first.
