Help! Synthetic Oils

Guys,

I have been using Amsoil dominator in my 3W200B2 until we ran out of stock here in South Africa. Problem is that it takes ages for us to import it, and shipping cost over here is horrendous!
Yesterday I bought two bottles of 3W Synthetic from our local 3W importer and would like to know what your coments are about this oil. GOOD, BAD, VERY GOOD?

Rgds
Neil

If 3W is the motor, and 3W oil, it must be decent for them to sell it and or run or use it I would think. Mobile 1 is darn good senthetic 2 stroke oil as well.

I tell you.... Another very nice ashless oil is Mercury outboard oil! It burns clean at 80:1. I have run this mixed with 1 oz to the gallon of a synthetic additive called Protec.Protec is the very best oil additive out there in my book! I won many Kart races with this combo....

yup 3w oil is great at 50:1 - i use motul 800 i think its the best synthetic today - i will never use amsoil at 100:1 or any oil at that - we have opened way to many engines not to have learned that 100:1 is crap - your engine needs oil to stay alive for a long time so we run 50:1 no matter the engine(gas)

100:1 is pretty thin on lube. I follow DA's directions... But 100:1.... I am almost with you..
