Default Where is Comp-Arf?????

What's happened to the Comp-Arf web page? I haven't been able to view it for at least two days. Looks like maybe their server is down, but thought maybe somebody knew.

Yep, it came up that time, but extremely slow. I still think they are having server problems. I was using the same URL from my Bookmarks that I have been using for months. Don't know what's happening.

"Telecommunications across Asia are slowly being restored after earthquakes off Taiwan damaged cables and knocked thousands offline.
However, access in parts of South Korea and Taiwan is still patchy.
Most of Asia's telephone traffic was restored while internet access in many countries had also improved, a day after businesses and home users from Seoul to Sydney were hit by one of the most widespread tech disruptions in Asia."
