Default Fiber-lite Edge 540 30%

Hey guys, i've been looking around at 50cc size airplanes, and stumbled over the edge 540 from fiber-lite...

I'm not necessarily on a budget, but the cheaper it is, the faster I get to fly it , and at $440 to your door, it seems like a killer deal.

Anyone have any experience with these? Opinions? Thanks!

Holy cow that plane looks like the best advertised 50, class plane to date!!!!!!!!!

And for the price, whew!!!!!!!! 15lbs,!!!!

I wonder if all thats true because they should be selling like crazy!!!!

When did this come out!! if it flies as good as the specs look it would be the one of the best.

Hey thanks a lot for pointing this out. I am in the same boat as you are, and it looks like I just found my next plane. I am going to try to call them tomorrow and see when they will be shipping. Looks like a winner if their specs are correct.

One of the lightest 50cc class I've flown is Pacific Aero 27% Edge 540T.
It was DA50 Powered with LiPo on ignition and receiver.
It was weighed on 2 separate digital scale at 13.5lb.
It is 82" wing span and aroud 1150sq in wing area.

It hovered at less than 1/4 throttle.

Just looking... is this an ARF, ARC or a kit? Not real clear on what you get.

It says kit next to $399 price. There is no mention of arf or arc.

Hey guys I've seen this plane up close and it's a nice kit, also have seen it fly. The plane I saw had a da50 on it and it had plenty for 3d. I'm not a builder or I'd get one myself. I met the guy in Columbia MO at a flyin last year.
