 |  Build me an airplane
Does anyone know of someone who would build me a Carden 35% Yak, I work for Hendrick Motorsports in the engine dept. here in NC and now that the season has started I have a problem. It's almost time to go flying and I don't have anything to fly yet and will not have time to build anything unless it's a QB arf. Maybe I should go that way?

A.J. LEE He is out of Texas. He is busy but worth the call. He is delivering a ZN line inthree weeks to us. That will be the forth ZN. and we have got 5 cardens from him in the last two years...

A.J. is a great builder and a great guy. I have known A.J. for 30 years and he can build what ever you want built. Only problem might be is he is always backed up. So if he can't get to it the QB ids the way to go. I just finished the 260 QB 50cc and it went together in a couple of day's.

The one problem that you are going to have is that all of the good well known builders are backed up for months..... Realistically, you almost need to get "in line" about a year before. I know that when I am busy with planes, I can get backed up as far as 18 months.

Contact Tom Mikalauskas. He builds Cardens RELIGIOUSLY!!!! He is a super builder, and has done 2 for me, as well as several for Elie(Snap-A-Sauras), and even several of the members here!!! You can contact him on here as dustey77. He will give you the straight FUNK on Cardens!!!! He knows them inside and out!!! I most certainly recommend him!!!! Chris~ |

If you want an ARF built to your specs There is a guy up in Norhern Cali. Thats all he does. I have seensome of his installs they are some of the cleanest around. His user Name is PLANEBENDER. One thing Tell him GMONEY sent you. I almost garruntee he could have you something in less than two weeks. IF shipping doesnt get in the way maybe sooner. The guy is amazing he has jigs for everything. He does those DV in like one day. He can turn key a Comp Arf in nothing flat.
