Where can I buy those little yellow servo clips that hold your connectors together, I have bought them before but can't remember where from? HELP. Conrad

Any hobby shop will have them. Make sure you get the one's that are made for what you have...Hitec, JR, Futaba. They will not fit correctly unless you get the one it is made for. ALSO an alternative I have been using lately is the Ernst clips. After I secure them I tape it with electrician's tape. Really holds good. usually the wire will break.....AHEM......before the connection....Yes I have experience with this. I* have a 3W 300 Extra and I have a plastic motor mount... You cannot secure your ignition batteries to that without it failing....I put an extension and moved it away from the motor mount. I used Velcro, Epoxy, Goop, all with pull ties. Just don;t like batteries attached to it...So to sum it up. The Ernst is really good! Hope I helped.

Are you using these to secure extension leads from your servo to the Rx or are these for when you plug in your wings at the field? The reason I ask is that I have been using heat shrink tubing on the extensions that will not be taken apart unless there is a problem with the bird. It is simple, very effective and can be removed with one slice from an xacto. I make the heat shrink extend just slightly past both ends of the connection and it forms a nice glove over the connector for support.

If all you're doing is keeping an extension plugged in full time consider tying the connection together with dental floss. Light, lasts forever, and cuts off easy later. Doesn't screw up the connector pins like the clips can by pulling them out of the plastic ends.

Dental floss is cheaper than heat shrink
