After wrestling around with a couple of 100cc airframes, I just couldn't pass up the QQ Gen III Yak and all that is included in the purchase price.Maybe I can hear from some of the Gen II flyers for some idea on what to expect from this plane.I like to freestyle and 3D, along with some sequence thrown in to keep it interesting.I ordered the combo with the DA 100 and stock mufflers. How does it harrier and waterfall?Does it come out tail or nose heavy with the DA?I have three 3W's and this will be my first experience with a DA.Anyway, looking forward to the new airframe and engine experience.ThanksBob

It comes with the following items although some are not absolutely necessary. For instance, it comes with wing bags, a canopy cover, and side force generators. Some of the items I would normally buy aftermarket that are included are, CF Wing Tube, CF Stab Tube, CF tailwheel, Titanium pushrods, ball links, pull pull rudder assembly hdw, CF Rudder Horn, Composite Glass Landing Gear, engine standoffs, DA100 and mufflers for $2200 delivered depending on where you are. On page 5 of the manual it shows some of the hardware items -> http://www.somenzini.com/downloads/m...n2assembly.pdf This is the Gen II manual, but it's probably the one that will be used for the Gen III plane per Molly at QQ. The Gen III is a slightly different scheme than the last versions too. It's called the "Brio" and can be seen briefly on the homepage as it revolves with the other ads. I sold another plane and wanted to stretch the $$ as far as I could, so this is where I ended up. Take Care Bob

Yes the Gen III is foam free technology, looks like they took the 86" air frame and just increased the size of it, I wish they offered a different color schemes not to say that there is anything wrong with the new one but I would just like to see something different on the QQ planes. I think it is a good choice.

Hey Bob you made a good choice with this plane. Hopefully we will have them next week and can get together and fly. I'm sure you know by now that with the plane comes great customer service. They are all such nice honest people to deal with and will always be there for help when you need it. It's not just an act for sales over the phone, they are just as nice in person. Hey drop me a PM and I'll give you my number if you want to discuss the plane more. Lee |

I had the first 85"er released. I have seen the 102"er in person many times and have had some top level pilots recommend it.The 102"er has a great history of results in competition and there are many top level pilots out there that agree it's a great plane. Lee |
