Default Just Maiden my new Compy this weekend

Well this weekend I maiden my first 40%er, a Comp-ARF Extra 260 (3M). This machine is awesome. It tracks great, great up lines and down lines, snaps are flawless and it rolls like an arrow. I’m very please with this airplane. I did a custom paint scheme (well really me and two of my best buddies), to accommodate my sponsor Logo and colors.

The airplane has Futaba Guidance (12Z), Smart Fly Turbo Regulator and Power expander EQ.-10. Troy Built Lions, Hitec 5955TG all around, Composite creations Pilot, Carbon Spinner, Mejzlik 30-12 (for now), DA-150 (of course!!!) with stack Mufflers (I love the noise it makes, The louder the better!! Hahaha), SWB aluminum arms, Titanium push rods, Smoke pump by Sullivan and Instrument panel by Carden.

I would like to thanks Andy Kane for all his advice, diligent work and help during the construction of my first 40% aircraft. His service was superb. The airplane came without any damage and all parts were complete. I’m very please with this plane. Hopefully I’ll get the privilege to compete at the TAS next year with a few friends from Puerto Rico.

Once again Thanks Andy!!! Enjoy the Pics buddies; I’m going to take a break from the office so I can get a Cold one!! Is hot today here in PR.

I was getting a little bored with all the comps looking alike...............you really did a great job on the plane it looks GREAT! Looks like a lot of detail was taken in the build,
I know you will be a proud man at the flight line this weekend.................good luck in the contest.

Well thanks buddy, but I can't take al the credit for the design and built. It was a team effort between me and two of my best flying buddies!!!

I always like to be diferent too. Makes my plane unique.

And by the way, the contest was a total success for the people how attended, for me it was very stressful. I was the CD, Score keeper, Judge (for to classes) and competitor. Sow I didn't do my best!!! But I'll get back on me feet for the next one (November). I'm just competing.
