I will be running Hitec 5945's on elevators and ailerons, Hitec 5955 on the rudder, Hitec 525 for throttle and a Futaba R319 dps receiver. Not sure what prop(wood or carbon fiber) or spinner(Tru turn or Carbon Fiber) yet. I hope it flyies as good as it looks. Can't flippin' wait.

i dont know how you fly but, i highly reccomend a wood prop until you get very used to the plane. a prop strike will brake a wood prop but,,, a carbon prop just might cost you a crankshaft. carbon looks good and fancy. but it dosent like to give. and something has to give or something will brake. until you can greese a landing each and every time. i would use wood iam talking even dead sticks. (notice i didnt say a full blown vertical nose in, wood will save you , it wont )

I do have a 33% SD Yak with all carbon Fiber goodies. Just wanted something a little smaller for when i am too lazy to pull the Yak out.

Flying the smaller one is good from a training standpoint. Every time I fly a small plane, they seem twitchy and jumpy.. but eventually I adjust and then when I go back to a big plane.. they seem super docile and easier to maneuver.... kinda like excercising... train hard, play easy! lol

In the 50cc range it does not matter really that much between wood and carbon. I prefer wood anyway.

I want it to look good too. Im not sure if carbon fiber would look better or alum spinner and a wood prop on this bird.

Just yesterday I dropped a check in the mail to Paul - need a 5" Ultimate spinner for the ZDZ-80rv that Boulder sold me!

If you want a great prop - try an MSC http://home.cogeco.ca/~mscprops/ . I fly them on all my big stuff - but there'll be a mejzlik on the ZDZ - Boulder included it.
