Scott,

You are pumped about this Plane! I hope it exceeds your expectations. I have a DA-50 waiting for a Plane and every time I see your Posts and Avatar, I think this Carden is the one!

Well, I've known Dennis and Carolyn for a number of years and have done alot of business with them, I know his designs are first rate. I made a point to spend a fair amount of time talking with him at Toledo about the two prototypes and it is a well designed plane. Yes it's a foam and cross brace design, it is built like a tank but plenty light for it's size. Just the ticket for knocking around and hard 3D that I want and not have to worry about ripping a wing off on a full throttle inverted pass down the flight line.... Yes I'm stoked...!!!!!

Your lhs stocks planes of this size? lucky! Biggest aerobatic plane in my LHS is a showtime 90 lol. I have to order in virtually everything.

Built like a tank might be a nice change of pace. My 33% Extra 260 worries me just handling it lol.

My guess is you get a cut on shipping costs by having your LHS order it in from Horizon on their normal weekly order, otherwise you can have it delivered direct.

I,m with you Scott on the build quality of the Carden designs.
I,m thinking that this could be the perfect marriage of modern ARF lightening methods along side the robust design of the Carden line of aircraft.
Its going to be great, I,m sure of it!

Dave
