Tram , i don't think the second batch has even been released yet. If they have made any corrections , we probably won't see them until around spring time , when people start picking up the newer models. I think you'll get a bunch more replies in the other thread , as this one is pretty dead. Check this thread out instead >>>>> CARDEN HANGAR 9 BUILD

Has anyone tried this with the Saito 450 radial?

I'm sure the saito 450 would work just fine , but i think it ma be a little to big for this aircraft. Reason why i say this is , for one , isn't a saito 450 like around 75-80cc? That's quite a bit of power , and add in the weight factor of probably 6-1/2 - 7 lbs for motor and exhaust.....that's a really heavy motor to be up front on this bird i think. It would affect the wing loading quite a bit by having an extra 2-3lbs up front like that. IF you were not planning on really doing any heavy 3D type flying , and looking for more of a scale look , then yes.....it would probably be a great match. But if you are planning on wringing it out a little in 3D.....i don't think the saito 450 would be a good match for this bird in my opinion.
