No not in the 85cc range that I know of...Possibly larger....This plane was designed around the new DA-85. It is the first of a series, we have a second proof of build done for the series but not flying yet..

Ask and ye shall receive ! Scott I just last month suggested a 33% 260 that can come in at 20 lbs. How come no heads up then ? My wishfull selling price of $600 ? My desire for a Apollo Lorans Patty scheme ?

I do need to know how much you want for it. I feel another road trip coming on. But dangit, I told myself THIS time I would buy the engine and top radio gear FIRST!

Can I put one on lay-a-way ?

And is the second "proof of build" a 260 also ?

I am not digging the scheme. The ellipses on the wings have been done to death by too many 3D ARF makers.

Yea I know I like straight lines and competition colors...But I get alot of complaints with those also...
This plane exceeds all others in quality and content...They will go for about 850.00 due to the fact is has all carbon fiber tubes, and new airfoiled main gear. Will be hinged, fuel tanks, HardWare, and new control arms. It falls inline with the others price wise but much better quality and accessories.
These are limited quantity I think I will get 30 in late june, the proof of build is another mid-wing monoplane we are keeping under wraps for a bit...

UPDATES!!!! We have final confirmation on the final configuration of the Extra 260. First this plane is not a modified 100cc airplane looking at the 85cc market. This plane was built for the 85cc engine and as we near final manufacturing we have the finalized a few things.
This plane will have a tunnel extension for a pipe. With the available power of the addition of a pipe on the DA-85 we found it to be a good option.
Also the hardware is being updated, Titanium push rods on all external surfaces, this will increase the strength with the mega throws we are seeing in the control surfaces.
