Default Who will build?!?

Alright, other than Walt, who can a guy call to have a 40% carden built and hopefully covered?

I have talked to quite a few guys who are building dalton's, but it seems Walt is the only one I can find who is building carden's and he is not taking anything new on for quite some time. Any suggestions?

Mike,

You can give Douglas Yaroch a call at A & D Custom Aero. He is out of Fall River, WI.

His number is (920) 484-6022.

I talked with him at Toledo and he seems like an excellent dude to chat with.

I see you are located in Minnesota so this is kind of close for you also. I sure hope this helps. Good Luck!

being a scratch builder i would love to build it. but i live in new zealand. if i was to get a kit into nz. i would get fuse formers, conopy, cowl, plan and wing templates on paper. the freight to nz is a killer. being in the middel of winter here we could use some of that heat you guys are having problems with on faast 2.4 . i will get 2.4 when all the bugs have been sprayed. meanwhile back to my third edge, got several canopys pulled at once. shame to waste them. only got 20 hrs on my 170 as yet. alex

Contact Brian Huffmeir at Desert Aircraft. He might be able to get to you in a couple of years. If you want to pay a west coast guy (me) I could build, cover, crate and ship for you.

Have you tried "link"? I believe his real name is Ray. He says he's a custom builder for Carden.

Deciding what to do for a competition plane has been one of the hardest decisions I have made in awhile lol. I have bounced around from decision to decision(ask Wayne, I bug him a lot about it lol). I would really like to have one built for me, but if I go that route it will certainly wipe my funds out and eliminate any chance of competition for the rest of this year.

I have had a few people pm me about building. I am interested in talking with you all and will write back.
